Artist Statement
Iconographies (2025) Iconoclasm is a humanism. Inspired by the work of Jeff Koons and Robert Rauschenberg, these works subvert, parody, and interrogate the cultural construction of iconography and canonical forms. In an age defined by the ascendancy of mass culture and consumerism, this body of work meditates on the precarious equilibrium between materiality and aesthetic beauty. |
