Poet and Artist

​Sterling Davis is a poet, screenwriter, and artist. He is the publisher and editor-in-chief of Poetries in English Magazine. A semi-finalist for The Adroit Journal Gregory Djanikian Scholars program, his work has appeared or is forthcoming in swamp pink, African American Review, Poetries in English Magazine, Prairie Schooner, Nimrod, Notre Dame Review, Barrow Street, Southword, The Manhattan Review, The Antigonish Review, The Coachella Review, Westwind: UCLA's Journal of the Arts, Chiron Review, The Cortland Review, and other periodicals. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa, Alpha Gamma Sigma, and the Poetry Society of America. Davis studies Art History at UC Irvine and lives in Southern California.
